Senior Media Buyer / Media Buyer

In addition to strategic consulting, the company actively builds and operates acquisition systems for clients, including paid media, funnels, sales infrastructure, and operational systems that drive measurable revenue growth.

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer / Media Buyer to lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta platforms for both the company's internal brands and agency clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full customer acquisition journey, from campaign setup and tracking to conversion optimization and revenue attribution.

You'll manage Meta campaigns end-to-end, build and optimize landing pages inside GoHighLevel, oversee CRM and automation workflows, and communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance and growth opportunities. This role is ideal for a data-driven operator who combines strong technical execution with strategic thinking and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Set up and manage Business Managers, ad accounts, Meta Pixels, Conversions API, custom audiences, and tracking systems.
  • Create and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels inside GoHighLevel.
  • Configure automations, pipelines, forms, lead routing systems, and CRM integrations.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, hooks, messaging, and offers.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and communicate actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client kickoff calls, optimization reviews, and strategic growth conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams by providing performance-informed creative direction.
  • Maintain organized documentation for all campaign builds and processes according to internal standards.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong performance and communication standards.
