Growth Marketing Manager

Location: (Onsite, Full-Time)
Reports To: Head of Marketing

Hourly rate: $40-$50/Hour + Bonus Opportunities

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing within the legal industry. This role is pivotal in driving targeted outreach, creating impactful lead generation campaigns, and building strong relationships with law firm owners and decision-makers in the legal field. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing dynamics and a focus on optimizing performance across various channels and platforms. This person will manage a marketing team and support vendor relationships with partners to drive marketing results.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Roadmap and Service Management:

  • Current Services Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of existing services; develop plans for new services.
  • New Services Launch: Plan and execute the launch of new services, including setting and tracking launch dates.

2. Website Management:

  • Updates & Maintenance: Lead website updates and maintenance; track monthly updates and future changes.
  • SEO & Content: Deploy SEO strategies, track SEO performance, and oversee the creation and scheduling of blogs, while boosting the overall website traffic month over month.

3. Landing Pages:

  • Updates: Oversee updates to landing pages, track visitor interactions, and conversion rates. Create new landing pages per marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Web Analytics: Monitor performance for landing pages, track YTD targets, and ensure regular maintenance.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage lead generation across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and direct mail. Track conversions and sales outcomes. Must be experienced in launching, monitoring, and strategizing ad campaigns on the above platforms.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage & track performance on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, including the ROI of each paid ad campaign.
  • Review Collection: Oversee the collection of reviews on Google and other relevant platforms.

5. Partnership & Co-Marketing:

  • Targeting & Development: Identify and target potential partners; oversee the execution of marketing plans for conferences, webinars, and press releases.
  • Alliance & Referrals: Track the performance of alliances, co-marketing efforts, and referral management.

6. Promotional & PR Activities:

  • Public Relations: Assist with PR activities such as webinars, podcasts, press releases, publications, and promotional boxes.

7. Marketing Collaterals:

  • Development & Maintenance: Oversee the creation and update of brochures, mailers, catalogs, and banners. All physical and digital marketing materials.

8. Sales Support:

  • Sales Deck & Training: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and update sales decks and training materials.
  • Referrals Program: Manage and track referrals development, including revenue generation.

9. List Building & Sales Feedback:

  • List Building: Oversee email list purchases and contact list development.
  • Feedback Integration: Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to collect feedback and improve products and services.

10. Financial Tracking:

  • Sales & Growth Metrics: Track and report on sales and growth metrics for each service/product, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Closely monitor the ROI of each individual lead generation source and report findings. Manage and understand how to optimize a $100K monthly budget.

11. Vendor management:

  • Conduct weekly calls with vendors to monitor performance, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide vendors with essential assets, guidelines, and resources needed to successfully launch and optimize their performance.
  • Allocate and manage budgets for vendor-related activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and return on investment.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Track vendor performance metrics, analyze reports, and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years as a marketing manager (managing a marketing team)
  • Legal Industry Experience: Proven experience in marketing to U.S. attorneys, Legal industry decision makers professionals, and legal organizations
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital campaign strategies such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
  • Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated success working with sales teams to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external legal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Experience tracking campaign performance, generating insights, and optimizing lead generation strategies.
  • Content Creation: Skill in developing compelling, audience-specific content and marketing materials.
