You'll manage day-to-day performance across search and social platforms - primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with room to grow into other channels. In the first few months, you'll focus on getting deeply familiar with our existing client accounts and ensuring campaigns stay on target; from there, you'll take on more ownership of strategy and optimization as you settle into the role. • Structure campaigns using modern best practices, including automated/algorithm-friendly campaign types (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+).
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting.
  • Build and run structured testing roadmaps spanning creative, audience, and landing page tests to identify high-performing messaging and formats.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) as a primary tool to independently analyze performance data, diagnose underperformance, and identify opportunities against KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Build performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and account teams.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager on forecasting and budget planning for existing client accounts.
  • Stay current on platform updates and share relevant tactics or opportunities with the team.
