We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, SEO, website performance, and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution - someone who can build campaigns, analyze performance, improve systems, and continuously optimize results.
You'll play a key role in helping drive business growth through smarter marketing, stronger lead generation, and measurable performance improvements.
This is an in-office position
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, targeting, budgets, and lead quality
• Manage PPC, retargeting, and social media advertising strategies
• Continuously test and improve ads, audiences, and conversion performance
SEO & Website Optimization
• Execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
• Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience
Marketing Analytics & KPI Tracking
• Track and maintain key marketing KPIs
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards
• Deliver monthly marketing reports with actionable recommendations
