This position will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to ensure reliability of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), operational technology (OT), and manufacturing data systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to build both technical and business understanding of digital manufacturing systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Digital and Manufacturing Applications & Data
  • Support MES applications, including issue resolution, configuration validation, and end-user support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to support manufacturing systems and reporting needs.
  • Assist with manufacturing data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support plant performance and decision-making.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.

Operational Technology & Hardware Support
  • Install, configure, and support shop-floor hardware including industrial PCs, operator terminals, scanners, and printers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues impacting production operations.
  • Coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, and replacements across manufacturing sites.
  • Maintain inventory tracking and lifecycle management of OT assets.

Incident & Support Management
  • Triage and resolve tickets related to MES, OT systems, and manufacturing applications.
  • Provide escalation support for more complex or cross-system issues.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues within ticketing systems.
  • Follow established support processes while contributing to continuous improvement of workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing systems, processes, and data reliability.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to align systems with production needs.
  • Support integration between MES and enterprise platforms such as ERP systems.
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
