As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager (Werum PAS-X) on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into Werum PAS-X functionality
  • Collaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Werum PAS-X solutions
  • Performing functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES implementations
  • Leading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
  • Contributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, solving client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of life sciences Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, including 5+ years implementing Werum PAS-X
  • 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Consulting experience
  • Certification provided by a software vendor
