Position Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Commerce, GA

Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime and business travel may be required)

 

Key Responsibilities

•                 Manage customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships with key clients

•                 Support customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and delivery coordination

•                 Coordinate with internal departments including Production, SCM, Logistics, Quality, and Finance

•                 Monitor forecast, shipment schedules, inventory status, and customer requirements

•                 Prepare sales reports, account updates, and business documents using Excel and ERP systems

•                 Support contract management and customer communication related to supply and operations

•                 Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion activities

•                 Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and industry exhibitions as needed

•                 Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand within the EV and battery industry

•                 Support management with sales forecasting and operational reporting

Qualifications

•                 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

•                 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or commercial operations

•                 Experience in automotive, battery, chemical, or manufacturing industries preferred

•                 Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills

•                 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

•                 Experience with SAP, ERP, MES, or CRM systems preferred

•                 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

•                 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

•                 Bilingual proficiency in English/Korean preferred
