Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will join Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large and dynamic multi-specialty medical group dedicated to providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento Region, playing a pivotal role in our busy Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic in Natomas, CA.
You will engage in an outpatient adult primary care practice, without nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. You'll become part of a collegial and supportive work environment within an established medical group, where our Humankindness culture ensures you are treated like a human, not just a number.
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic and motivated Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a commitment to serving the community and fostering your professional growth within a supportive environment.
  • Provide autonomous outpatient primary care for diverse patients within a multi-specialty group setting.
  • Manage patient inboxes for self and other providers, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
  • Collaborate with physicians and a dedicated MA team to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care.
  • Perform comprehensive family medicine/primary care duties, including diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and preventive care.
We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
  • Annual Salary: $134,000 - $177,000 per year, Depending on experience

Job Requirements
Required:
  • Board-certified Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant
