Provides in home physical therapy services to patients with neuro and/or musculoskeletal disorders, under the direction of a physician.Position Details:
Mercy Physical Therapist -

Home Health - Community-Based

St Louis and Surrounding Communities

  • Full Time (40 hrs. per week) Day Shift

    • Mon-Fri, 8a-430p

    • No Weekends

  • Gas Mileage Offered - $0.70/mile

    • Subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate​

  • Flexible scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

  • Preferred Experience: Two years experience in acute care or home care

  • Licensure:

    • Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.

    • Current state license. Valid drivers license.

  • Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently
