These nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Mercy Health RNs play a vital role in supporting patient recovery, educating families, and ensuring high standards of care. They may work in various specialties such as emergency, intensive care, surgical, or outpatient services. Becoming an RN at Mercy Health typically requires a nursing degree, a valid RN license, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
