  • Observes, collects and records data related to patient's biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
  • Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
  • Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
  • Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Tue, Wed; Week 2 Thu, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements
Required
  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 90 days
  • PALS within 6 months
  • ENPC within 6 months
  • TNCC within 12 months
  • One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
