Your Role:

Join our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) and take on a pivotal role in driving impact in key assignments over a transformative 36-month journey designed to accelerate your career growth and position you as a potential future leader within our organization.

Rotational Assignments:

The program journey consists of four nine-month rotational assignments, providing you with comprehensive exposure to our core businesses, processes, technologies, and leaders. The rotations will cover key areas such as Production, Global Operations, and Engineering. Participants will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, which include resource allocation, risk assessment, and effective stakeholder communication. Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes will be a significant focus throughout the program.

The final rotation is particularly noteworthy as they will take on a people manager role. This experience is aimed at equipping participants with hands-on leadership skills while they work towards achieving significant objectives and guiding team initiatives. This comprehensive approach ensures that participants not only gain technical expertise but also develop essential leadership qualities.

Learning Opportunities:

The program offers structured learning opportunities that empower you to enhance your skills. This includes business & communications training, leadership training, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. You will also gain valuable insights into global cultural perspectives, enhancing your ability to collaborate in diverse environments.

Assignment Selection:

Following the first assignment, the rotation selection process is aligned with your career interests, areas of development, and business needs with feedback from the Program Manager, OLDP Managers and Mentors. This ensures a personalized and impactful journey that supports your growth and development in the company.

We currently have an exciting opening to start in our Danvers, MA facility.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.), Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • GPA of 3.5 or greater
  • 1+ professional internship
  • Graduation date of 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills through roles in student organizations, project teams, or community initiatives
  • Exposure to international environments through internships, study abroad or other programs
  • Flexibility with mobility during and after the program

Pay Range for this position: $79,200-$119,500/year

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
