Your Role:
Under general supervision, the Logistics Coordinator will perform specialized inventory counts and inventory management in a unique share point database system. Diverse work activities include cycle counting, reconciliation, accuracy reporting, writing procedures, and additional duties as needed. The individual will work independently, solely supporting the logistics operations, inventory tracking and upkeep of stock levels.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities to ensure inventory accuracy by performing physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory moves in a manual and barcode setting.
  • Able to report and resolve reconciliation issues, suggest solutions for improvement and implement system changes to reduce inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in handing quality record document by completing data entry, inventory moves, record keeping and tracking information.
  • Able to independently perform logistics job functions of order / data entry, inventory escalations, dispatch, shipping, receiving as needed.
  • Able to solve space and storage location issues. Maintain Min Max inventory, critical inventory storage and expired products to prevent the chance of supply shortage.
  • Assist with Health and Safety as needed; may include lifting/labeling gas cylinders and moving chemical inventory
  • Able to lead meetings and complete monthly KPIs

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ Years of experience in inventory coordination in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ Years of experience in Logistic operations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Experience in Barcode or RFID tracking
  • Experience in using custom manual enterprise asset management system to track inventory
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft office and Microsoft excel skills
  • Experience in DOT regulations, relevant rules, and hazardous material labeling requirement
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience in Advanced data analysis and data visualization

Pay Range for this position: $29-$44/hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
