What the Job Is

You will represent *** Neighborhoods program


Your main job is to:

  • Visit local businesses and talk to owners and staff.
  • Help businesses join and launch the Neighborhoods program.
  • Train owners, managers, and employees.
  • Support businesses during their launch.
  • Build strong relationships with merchants.
  • Organize workshops, events, and training sessions.
  • Solve problems and answer merchant questions.
  • Collect feedback from businesses and share it with *** teams.
  • Help merchants stay active and successful after launch.
  • Create simple processes and training materials that can be used in other cities.
