  • Build relationships with retail and wholesale customers through phone and email communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide knowledgeable support on products, orders, returns, and technical questions
  • Accurately process orders and quotes within company systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
