Business Sales Executive                                                                                 

Journey Business Solutions, Inc. founded to support and serve small to medium-sized businesses through a suite of products designed to help our clients grow their business. Our mission is to guide our clients on the Journey to a successful business. 

We are seeking to hire an outside sale, Business Sales Executive in your area, to support the rapid growth of our company.  In this exciting and fast paced role, you will manage sales relationships and assist businesses by providing one-stop shop business solutions for all their store management, inventory, and lending needs.

The Business Sale Executive position is a full-time W2 employee with full benefits, including but not limited to, health, dental, 401K, and company-paid short- and long-term disability. Our Business Sales Executive is a base salary with a commission structure, which includes new client commissions, residuals for new and existing business, and multiple bonus opportunities. 

  • There is no cap on residual earning, allowing for unlimited earning potential 

  • This position will provide you the opportunity to take your career to the next level as we undergo rapid expansion.  As you succeed, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company. 

  • Company paid training program is provided at our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. This is a proven program that will get you up to speed with our industry and fine tune your selling techniques.  Training is continued alongside your territory manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. 

  • Effectively demonstrate product line.

  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.

  • Attend training, weekly meetings, and team calls.

  • Ensure the internal database is current and up to date with additional notes.

  • Provide after-sales service for the duration of a merchant relationship.

  • Expand sales and leadership skills for continued growth and upward opportunity within JBS Inc.

  • Demonstrate a positive track record and repour with clients. Set and exceed goals.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter; motivated by growth and income potential, team-focused, and results-driven. 

  • Prior experience in outside or B2B sales, in Software sales or the Grocery/Retail/Food Distributor market.

  • Strong rapport building skills including face to face and over the phone.

  • Exceptional work ethic and integrity with a desire to grow, learn and progress.
