The Manager, Site Merchandising is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience for the business function supported, overseeing everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to functionality and campaign planning and execution. You'll make an impact by: 
  • Leading the brand content strategy You'll drive the holistic content strategy using trends and customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience, overseeing the brand launches calendar and governance, site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, and new product on-boarding. 
  • Telling a story through our site You'll identify key brand stories and define the brands story-telling road map, shaping where and how we invest. You will use key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance brand discovery on our site, telling a cohesive story to elevate brand perception and build brand loyalty. 
  • Developing seasonal campaign strategy You'll manage the short-term and long-term site merchandising strategy for Food seasonal campaigns ; events to achieve key business and financial objectives translating the assortment strategy into site strategy and experiences. 
  • Working collaboratively with marketing and editorial You'll drive campaign strategy, planning, and execution providing insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. You will execute campaign activities within agreed timeframes at the agreed levels of quality and provide feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness. 
  • Leveraging data to optimize the content strategy You'll leverage data, reporting and analytical insights to set goals, measure success and continually refine strategic brands content mix and strategy. 
  • Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics. 
  • Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution. 
  • Operating with excellence You'll land the fundamentals and create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance. 
  • Develops the short-term and long-term site merchandising strategy for seasonal campaigns ; events to achieve key business and financial objectives, translating the assortment strategy into site strategy and experiences.  
  • Works collaboratively with marketing and editorial on campaign strategy, planning, and execution. Provides insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. Executes campaign activities within agreed timeframes at the agreed levels of quality and provides feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness. 

Minimum Qualification: 
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field 

Preferred Qualification: 
  • 4+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field 
  • Masters Degree in Business or related field 
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience managing a team 
  • 3+years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment 
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer 
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions 
  • Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures 
  • Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders 
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary 
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
