Experience working with forecast accuracy, forecast bias, demand trends, and business-driven forecast adjustments.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large data set analysis.
Experience with planning systems such as o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Relex, SAP IBP, Toolio, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple categories, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For

Someone who brings strong analytical judgment and can translate complex trends into clear, actionable recommendations.
A proactive problem solver who identifies risks early, challenges assumptions, and brings solutions forward.
A collaborative partner who builds trust and alignment across Merchandising, Channel Planning, Finance, Supply Planning, and Data Science.
An agile, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
