Descripción General

El Merchandiser es responsable de ejecutar las estrategias de exhibición y visibilidad de los productos de Pan Pepín en los puntos de venta asignados, asegurando una presencia destacada, correcta rotación del producto y cumplimiento con los estándares de calidad y frescura de la compañía.

Requisitos

  • Diploma de cuarto año o equivalente. Grado Asociado o Curso técnico, preferido
  • Experiencia previa en mercadeo, ventas o manejo de productos de consumo (preferiblemente industria de alimentos)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios irregulares, fines de semana y días feriados
  • Licencia de conducir del ELAPR vigente
  • Conocimiento básico en manejo de computadoras o dispositivos móviles
  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse y visitar múltiples tiendas diariamente

Responsabilidades

  • Acomodar mercancía en góndolas, exhibidores secundarios, “endcaps” y áreas promocionales según planograma aprobado.
  • Verificar que todo producto esté debidamente rotulado con precio, fecha y cintas correspondientes.
  • Verificar y asegurar que el espacio asignado en los almacenes esté debidamente organizado en todo momento.
  • Asegurar la correcta rotación de inventario siguiendo la política FIFO (FirstIn,FirstOut) tanto en el punto de venta como en el almacén.
  • Retirar producto fuera de codificación y notificar al Vendedor de Ruta para el proceso correspondiente.
  • Mantener y actualizar material POP (rótulos, “shelftalkers” promociones,shoppers, banners, etc.).
  • Ejecutar montajes de especiales, lanzamientos de productos y exhibiciones promocionales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de espacio adicional en góndola y espacios secundarios para aumentar visibilidad y ventas.
  • Trabajar y apoyar al Vendedor de Ruta y Gerentes de Cuentas Claves (KeyAccounts) para maximizar oportunidades de ventas.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones profesionales con gerentes y encargados de tienda.
  • Informar violaciones de acuerdos de espacios, especiales o desplazamiento por competencia al Supervisor de Ventas.
