Our partner is seeking aย Retail Merchandiser Team Leadย inย Portland, OR. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, tracking inventory, and supporting store operations. You will also assist with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding to help ensure merchandising activities are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retail locations.
  • Build product displays and end caps.
  • Reset shelves and rotate merchandise.
  • Track inventory to support store and supplier sales opportunities.
  • Assist with reporting and documentation.
  • Support employee training.
  • Assist with scheduling activities.
  • Help onboard new team members.
  • Record completed work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
  • Follow established safety procedures in the retail environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
