Tour Merch Director – North America (Live Entertainment / Merchandise)

We're partnering with a leading music and entertainment merchandising company to find a Tour Director for North America. This is a high-impact role overseeing the logistics, inventory, and financial operations behind live tour merchandise for major touring artists.

What you'll do:

  • Manage stock ordering, shipping, and redistribution to venues across a touring schedule
  • Control inventory across multiple locations to keep stock levels optimized
  • Own sales reporting and work closely with Finance to speed up revenue collection post-show
  • Deploy and supervise road managers, including timesheet oversight
  • Contribute to income forecasting, product selection, and quality control alongside Brand and Creative teams
  • Produce end-of-tour financial and stock reconciliations
  • Build direct relationships with artist management while keeping internal teams aligned

What you bring:

  • Proven logistics management experience, ideally in music or entertainment
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue tracking
  • Leadership experience managing distributed teams
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours around tour schedules
