Delivery SpecialistReports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Be the Face of Our Company on the Road & In Our Customers Homes

Were looking for a Delivery Specialist who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, youll do more than deliver merchandise youll build customer relationships, install products safely, solve problems on the spot, and represent our company with professionalism and care. What Youll Do
Deliver & Install Merchandise
  • Deliver, install, relocate, and retrieve merchandise safely and professionally
  • Ensure all deliveries, service calls, and pickups are completed on schedule
  • Handle merchandise with care during loading, transportation, and setup
  • Verify products, model numbers, and serial numbers before delivery
  • Perform minor repairs and transport items needing major service repairs
  • Inspect and refurbish returned merchandise to showroom-ready condition
Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Create positive experiences for customers during every interaction
  • Answer calls professionally and assist customers with questions or concerns
  • Follow company service standards and customer satisfaction guidelines
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong communication
Support Store Operations
  • Safeguard company property and money collected in the field
  • Help receive and organize incoming merchandise
  • Keep delivery vehicles and back-room areas clean and organized
