Position Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products are presented effectively in retail environments by putting together displays and stocking shelves. This position involves working with management, staff, and retail accounts to maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and enhance customer experience through exceptional service. This is a physically demanding position, and requires reliable personal transportation to travel between retail accounts. The position requires driving your personal vehicle for business related purposes and will be reimbursed accordingly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays according to company guidelines.
  • Learn & maintain working knowledge of code dating, ensuring that product moves on the shelf according to code.
  • Guarantee that out of code products never reach the consumer by following the proper organization and product dating techniques.
  • Build, refill and rebuild product displays in retail accounts as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with managers on matters regarding accounts.
  • Foster positive relationships on the Companys behalf with retail accounts, supplier representatives, and the general public with a friendly and professional attitude.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have valid Drivers License and proof of personal car insurance meeting minimum standards.
  • Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as needed.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years old (or Subject to Verification of minimum legal age).
