Job description

Amazon Music is seeking a Marketing Specialist to create impactful marketing and merchandising
campaigns for the Music Merch/CD/Vinyl team.
This role is responsible for creating best-in-class
marketing campaigns that drive awareness, discoverability, and sales for newly launched merch and physical music products. The role oversees execution and optimization of campaign elements including product positioning, copy, targeting, creative templates, and timing.

The specialist will use performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practices. The position also includes building, merchandising, and optimizing customer destinations such as the Amazon Music Artist Merch Shop and CD/Vinyl storefront on Amazon.com.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is customer-obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating regularly with stakeholders, and collaborating across Amazon Music, Amazon Fashion, and other cross-functional teams.
The role requires both strategic work (developing processes and trafficking plans) and tactical execution (building campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and improving workflows).

Key job responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns that raise awareness of product categories and specific artists.
- Analyze and track campaign performance, optimize results, and share learnings with the team


- Own merchandised landing pages and cross-site marketing campaigns end-to-end, including creative production, calendar management, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Support the Merch Marketing team in high-priority launches with merchandising recommendations.
- Serve as the merchandising subject matter expert and create processes that simplify and improve merchandising impact.
