What You'll Bring

  •  Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
  •  7+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration
  •  Certifications (Preferred):
    •  Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
    •  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
    •  Azure Security Engineer Associate
    •  VMware Certified Professional
    •  Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

Infrastructure Deployment & Support

  • Deploy and manage Windows Servers (virtual & physical)
  • Set up and configure hardware, storage, and peripherals
  • Support jobsite office tech deployments

System Administration & Optimization

  • Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and updates
  • Monitor performance, conduct failure analysis, and tune resources
  • Build software installation packages (via Microsoft Configuration Manager)

Identity & Access Management

  • Manage Active Directory & Entra ID (user provisioning, group policies)
  • Administer SaaS platform accounts and enforce MFA & security protocols

Enterprise Applications & Tools

  • Administer SharePoint Online (site setup, training, issue resolution)
  • Support software adoption, integrations, and troubleshooting

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure NIST compliance and implement best practices
  • Support secure LANs/WANs, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protections

Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Manage and monitor enterprise backup systems to ensure data protection and recovery.
  • Perform daily backup validation and disaster recovery testing.
  • Maintain documentation and procedures for recovery scenarios and business continuity.

Support & Documentation

  • Provide Tier II/III support for complex issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of configurations and procedures

 Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities and system enhancements
  • Help shape system standards and long-term infrastructure strategy
