Job description

Description:

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person who enjoys craft beer and is ready to take the next step in their design career. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for both craft beer and Saint Arnold Brewing Company.


Saint Arnold is a small business, and this position will be involved in a wide array of activities, including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to create designs for both digital and print applications.
  • Completing regular design tasks and larger projects, including promotional materials, sales support materials, account and distributor support materials, merchandise, new brand identities, labels and other packaging, menu design, event branding, social media graphics, physical signage, and more.
  • Participating in team meetings that help guide brand development, label design, marketing strategy, event planning, merchandise, and more.
  • Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of food and beverage menus, both online and in print.
  • Being a promotional ambassador for Saint Arnold. This is part of everyone's job description.



Requirements:
  • Professional graphic design experience is required. Applicants must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Applicants should possess a passion for branding, keen attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational skills. They must be highly creative and proactive.
  • This role works with stakeholders across every department of the company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends as needed (limited to a few special events each year).
  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe InDesign, and/or Adobe After Effects is preferred.
  • Photography experience is a plus.
