Drive & Mentor with American Transport Team CDL A Truck Drivers Needed

CDL A Truck Driver Mentor or Solo | No Touch Dry Van | OTRPay

  • Weekly pay for mentors: $1,875 $2,450 depending on CPM tier, dispatched miles, and student activity

  • Mentors are paid for all truck miles (mentor + student) plus student pickup/upgrade bonuses

Position Options

  • OTR Solo Driver

  • OTR Mentor / Trainer (must meet training eligibility)

Mentor Program Highlights

  • Typical mentor run: 11 days OTR

  • Students drive a minimum of 5 hours/day; mentors may run the remaining hours

  • Mentor Development Training: $850 paid at completion, plus student-related bonuses

  • Additional mentor bonuses: $500 after 10,000 safe student miles, $300 after 20,000 miles
