Production Team Member - Truss Assembler
Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company.

  • +$3/hr on weekends

Now hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME for:
• Truss Assembler - 2nd shift (4PM until 2:30AM, Monday-Thursday)
*We offer flexible part-time scheduling as well
Starting Part-Time Hourly Rate: $21.25/HR (2nd)*
Starting Full-Time Hourly Rate: $23.05/HR (2nd)*
*Shift premium included in listed hourly rate.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Various types of manual labor as required by type of plant.
  • Assemble trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs.
  • Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with others.

Assembly Positions
  • Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma / GED is preferred.
