AFC Fitness is one of the area's premier health clubs, serving members and families with high-level fitness amenities, sports programming, and a strong community culture. Our Feasterville location experiences high member activity in the evenings, and we are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional locker room environment at all times.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Evening Men's Locker Room Attendant to oversee the cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of our men's locker room during peak evening hours. This position is critical to maintaining club standards and ensuring members feel comfortable and respected in the space. This is a Part Time role with the expectation of around 25 hours per week, occurring Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The compensation will entail a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuous cleanliness of locker room, restrooms, and dry sauna
  • Monitor locker room activity to ensure policies and age guidelines are followed
  • Enforce sauna rules and safety policies
  • Address inappropriate behavior immediately and professionally
  • Report issues directly to the Manager on Duty
  • Restock locker room supplies as needed
  • Complete hourly locker room walk-through logs
  • Report maintenance concerns promptly
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence at the locker room entrance
