JOB TITLE: Men’s Locker Room Attendant

REPORTS TO: Men’s Locker Room Manager

SCHEDULE: Full-Time or Seasonal (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)

COMPENSATION: Hourly (Non-Exempt) + tips (when applicable)

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-focused Men’s Locker Room Attendants to support daily locker room and lounge operations.

This role is responsible for delivering attentive, personalized service to Members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Working closely with the Men’s Locker Room Manager, this is a hands-on hospitality role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming, polished, and consistent Member experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Locker Room Attendant, you are a key part of the Member experience and daily Club operations.

The Essentials (Core Responsibilities)

• Provide a welcoming, professional presence in the locker room and lounge areas

• Assist Members with locker room services including shoe care, locker setup, and personal requests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas

• Ensure towels, toiletries, and amenities are consistently stocked and available

• Support laundry operations including collection, organization, and distribution

• Assist with food and beverage service in the locker room lounge as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of Member-facing spaces at all times

• Communicate Member needs and requests to the Locker Room Manager

• Support daily setup and breakdown of locker room and lounge operations

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous hospitality, service, or locker room experience preferred
