Locker Room Supervisor
Location: Harbour Town Golf Links - The Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island, SC
Located at the iconic Harbour Town Golf Links-home of the PGA TOUR's RBC Heritage-the Men's Professional Locker Room is more than just a facility; it's an exclusive hospitality experience. Featuring full-service food and beverage offerings, the locker room provides a high-end, personalized atmosphere for PGA professionals, members, and guests.
We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Locker Room Supervisor to support the daily operations of this unique space. This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and strong leadership on the floor.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and members promptly and professionally, offering assistance with lockers, refreshments, and facility orientation
  • Oversee full-service food and beverage operations, including taking and delivering orders, bartending, and managing inventory
  • Ensure the locker room is clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times, including replenishing toiletries, towels, and beverages
  • Provide professional shoe services, including cleaning, polishing, spike replacement, and lace repair
  • Monitor tee sheets to anticipate and prepare for guest arrivals and locker room traffic
  • Host and support wedding parties and other special groups as scheduled
  • Maintain and manage inventory of locker room supplies for both men's and women's areas, placing timely orders as needed
  • Operate laundry equipment and manage towel supply as required throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service across the clubhouse and golf operations

  • Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or golf club operations preferred
