We are seeking a personable, service-oriented individual to join our Golf Operations team as a Men's Locker Room Attendant at a premier private golf club.
The Men's Locker Room at Aronimink Golf Club is an important part of the overall member and guest experience. The ideal candidate will take great pride in providing exceptional, personalized service while maintaining an immaculate and welcoming environment. This position requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, pays close attention to detail, and understands that outstanding hospitality often comes from anticipating a member's needs before being asked.
Success in this position goes well beyond keeping the locker room clean and organized. An outstanding Men's Locker Room Attendant becomes a trusted and valued part of the member experience.
The right individual will learn members' names and preferences, notice the small details, anticipate needs, and take personal pride in ensuring that every member and guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

ARONIMINK GOLF CLUB WEBSITE:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to members and guests throughout their time at the Club.
  • Greet members and guests by name whenever possible and assist with their locker room needs.
  • Maintain the Men's Locker Room and related areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the day.
  • Ensure towels, toiletries, grooming products, and other amenities are consistently stocked and attractively presented.
  • Provide shoe care and shoe-shine services and maintain members' golf and dress shoes as appropriate.
  • Assist members and guests with lockers, clothing, shoes, personal belongings, and other requests.
  • Prepare guest lockers and assist visiting players in becoming familiar with the Club and its facilities.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to special requests.
  • Maintain an organized system for member shoes and other items entrusted to the locker room staff.
  • Communicate member requests and service needs to the Golf Professional Staff and other Club departments.
  • Monitor locker room conditions throughout the day and immediately address anything that does not meet Club standards.
  • Assist with tournament and special-event preparation, including increased guest activity and locker assignments.
  • Protect member privacy and maintain complete discretion regarding conversations, personal information, and activities within the locker room.
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with members while maintaining appropriate boundaries consistent with a premier private club environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support Golf Operations and the overall member experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working at a private golf club would be a benefit, however and more importantly, we are looking for an individual with the right attitude and commitment to service.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Because the position supports golf operations, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include:

Hours will vary based on the Club's golf schedule and level of activity.
