We are actively hiring Dementia Caregivers, Memory Care Aides, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Care Aides for part-time opportunities in Huntington Beach, Westminster, Irvine, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and surrounding Orange County communities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this role, you will help local seniors with memory support and daily activities, allowing them to remain safe in their own homes:

  • Memory & Emotional Support: Engage clients in cognitive activities, structured routines, and supportive companionship.

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.

  • Safety & Mobility: Provide steady transfer assistance, fall prevention, and mobility support.

  • Home Management: Help with light housekeeping, routine meal preparation, and medication reminders.

  • Errands (Optional): Offer transportation to local medical appointments and shopping (if driver-approved).

Candidate Qualifications
  • Mindset: Heart-led, patient, dependable, and eager to learn specialized senior care.

  • Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older with part-time availability.

  • Experience: None required (Paid Dementia & Caregiving Training provided).

  • Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, Memory Care Assistant, Caregiver, or in hospitality/service roles is a strong plus.
