We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Traveling Certified Memory Care Program Director to oversee and enhance dementia care programs across multiple senior living communities. This role requires frequent travel to different locations, ensuring that memory care programs meet high standards, staff are well-trained, and residents receive quality care tailored to their needs.

Certified Memory Care Program Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee dementia care programs across multiple communities.

  • Train, mentor, and support staff in best practices for dementia care.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to memory care.

  • Conduct assessments and recommend personalized care plans for residents.

  • Collaborate with executive directors and healthcare teams to enhance dementia care strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of memory care programs, making necessary improvements.

  • Provide family education and support to enhance understanding of dementia-related challenges.
