Our highly recognized memory care department serves the senior community throughout southwest Florida, and we are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care. We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager with an LPN certification to lead and support our memory care team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
