Job description

The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing association. The Membership Coordinator will guide new members through the full membership process. This is an excellent role for someone who has experience in B2B membership support and enjoys the C-Suite level of client service.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Guide new members through the onboarding stages
  • Help new members navigate the offerings and resources
  • Maintain relationships with members; engaging them in discussions to ensure their membership experience is robust
  • Maintain membership sales, renewals, and enhancements reporting
  • Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
  • Ensure revenue growth and track progress against goals
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years professional experience with client management, fundraising, or sales
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or data management is preferred
  • Experience in drafting business proposals and presentations
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, and a solutions and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office
Compensation:
  • $70,000+ annually DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, VA, or NYC area or have independent plans for relocation.
