About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Membership Sales & Engagement Specialist to help grow our studio and strengthen our member community. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a sales environment, and is passionate about health and fitness.
This is much more than a front desk position. You'll be responsible for converting prospects into members, creating exceptional member experiences, organizing community events, and helping our studio continue to grow.
Responsibilities
• Convert leads into memberships through tours, consultations, follow-up calls, texts, and emails.
• Confidently present membership options and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members.
• Lead the studio's member engagement program to increase retention and referrals.
• Plan and coordinate community events, partnerships, and studio promotions.
• Welcome members and guests while creating an exceptional first impression.
• Maintain accurate lead and member information using studio software and CRM systems.
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Support daily studio operations and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Work closely with the ownership team to achieve studio growth goals.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a service-based business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses based on membership sales and studio growth.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
