Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Experience growing membership and retention through relationship-building and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating welcoming environments
  • Results-driven with the ability to use data and execute effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of the Alexandria community is a plus

Lead Membership & Engagement
  • Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional service and relationship-building
  • Lead member tours, onboarding, and engagement efforts
  • Monitor membership trends and help improve the member experience
  • Collaborate with other branch leaders to strengthen the Y's role as a community hub

  • Foster a culture where every person feels welcomed, valued, and supported
