ASCO has a new and exciting opportunity for a Program Administrator to join our Membership Department!The successful candidate willplay a key role in supporting member recruitment and retention efforts, enhancing the member experience, maintaining data integrity, and servicing as a trusted resource for membership operations, processes and systems.

This position is hybrid with a primary location at our headquartersin Alexandria, VA.The hiremustresidewithin 75 miles of our headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Support membership retention program through direct member outreach and othermeansas necessary.

  • Serve as the Membership business processesand systemssubject matter expert in support of the Member Services departmentandliaisewithoutside department stakeholders.

  • Maintaindocumentation (SOPs) of coremembershipbusiness processes andsystems functions andcoordinate with system product owners tofacilitateteamand vendortraining as needed.Evaluate staff and vendortransactions to ensure correct processes areutilized.

  • Coordinateend-to-end Jira ticket submission and issue resolution.

  • Administerautomatic renewal programofenrolled members.

  • FacilitateEmeritus and Retired membership application and processes.

  • Supportmembership payment issues including refunds, checks, and unclaimed payments.

  • Support membership customer service cases to resolution ina timelyfashion.

  • Rectify customer data discrepancies and support data clean-up inmembership systems

  • Travel to Annual Meetingand otherexhibits as needed for member recruitment and retention program and collective team goals.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalentyears ofexperience

  • 3 - 4yearsmembership experience and/or experience in association membership services

  • Association membership database and reporting experience

  • TechnicallysavvywithproficiencyinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/Association Management Systems (AMS).

  • Proficiencyworking with Microsoft products and a willingness to adapt tonew technology

  • Experience in assessing and troubleshooting customer technical issues

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience withadvanced reporting and analytics

Compensation

This is an exempt position. The hiring salary range for this position is $69,700-$84,500 annualized.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum annualized salary ASCO expects to provide for a new hire for the position across the U.S. We thoughtfully determine and design offers based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
