Scenthound is not your typical dog grooming shop. We are a wellness-focused, membership-based business that provides routine care to keep dogs clean and healthy. Our team is collaborative, safety-driven, and passionate about strengthening the dog-human bond.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager plays a key support role by working across multiple Scenthound locations to ensure smooth operations when Store Managers are off. This position combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on teamwork to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Store Managers by overseeing day-to-day operations at multiple locations
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure dog wellness and safety
  • Step in to complete services on dogs as needed
  • Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
  • Resolve customer concerns and manage client expectations
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and quality standards
  • Ensure a clean, safe environment for dogs, employees, and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership or management experience (retail, restaurant, or hospitality a plus)
