Job Summary:

The Member Services Representative is responsible for accurately entering member tilted sales orders, managing customer service issues, and supporting the Title Sales programs. 
Job Details:
- Atlanta ,GA 30339 

- $25/hr + (based on experience)
- 8 Hour Day (hours can be flexible)
Roles and Responsibilities: 
As a Member Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our team by: 
- Providing exceptional support to our members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. 
- Building strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care and professionalism. 
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive member experience. 
- Maintaining accurate records of member interactions and feedback to improve services continuously. 
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in member services.
