Member Service Representative I

Building lifelong relationships, one member at a time! Valley Communities Credit Union has been serving members for over 90 years. With our rich history, starting out in 1935, we served the employees of the Mosinee Paper Mill with a tiny office in their punch house. Growing continually over the years, we currently serve over 16,000 members in five different Central Wisconsin communities. As an MSR I, your primary responsibilities are to ensure a positive member experience by:

  • Serving as Member Service Representative I (MSR)
  • Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings, and borrowing members: receives funds, posts transactions and pays out funds as requested. Verbally confirm intended transactions with members to assure needs are met and minimize redoing.
  • Identifying and finding solutions to improve members' financial future
  • Supporting other staff within the branch
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members by performing a wide variety of customer service and clerical tasks related to MSR I duties
