Role Responsibilities:

As a Member Service Representative I, you will provide prompt and courteous support to members by assisting with their financial needs and service requests. You'll also answer basic questions related to accounts, payments, products, and services to ensure a positive member experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier's checks utilizing the CBX system.
  • Maintain a cash drawer or pod and have the ability to accurately account for funds received and dispersed throughout the workday.
  • Respond to member inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with established policies and security procedures.
  • Provide accurate information about accounts, payments, products, and services, while identifying opportunities to recommend CWCU offerings.

Knowledge & Skills:

You don't need a banking background-just curiosity, care, and the willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally
  • Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel
  • Basic math skills are required and keyboard literacy is helpful
  • A member-first mindset

Work Environment: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm EST; in office.
