As a Member Experience & Sales Associate, you'll be the first impression and friendly face of TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable member experiences while helping grow our community.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members
  • Conduct club tours and introduce prospects to our programs
  • Help individuals find membership options that fit their goals
  • Assist with membership sales and retention efforts
  • Support social media and local community engagement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions
