We are looking for an energetic, positive, and people-focused Member Experience Manager who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals. This is more than a front desk or sales position—you will serve as a guide, educator, and relationship builder throughout our members’ wellness journey.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create an Exceptional Member Experience:
• Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships that make every client feel valued and supported.
• Manage scheduling, member communication, and resolve concerns.
• Protect and enhance the positive culture of the studio.
Guide New Members:
• Conduct introductory stretch consultations and studio tours.
• Educate guests on practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Understand goals and recommend appropriate membership or packages.
• Follow up with prospective members and build lasting relationships.
Drive Growth & Retention:
• Improve member retention through meaningful touch points.
 • Encourage referrals and community involvement.
 • Participate in local events and partnerships.
 • Support studio revenue and membership growth.
