Melody Mend Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments that identify and analyze the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Design and implement customized service plans in collaboration with clients that target personal growth, well-being, and empowerment.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, raising awareness around critical social justice issues within the community.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of grant-funded programs, ensuring accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with local organizations, health care providers, and community agencies to enhance service delivery and broaden the support network for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings and training sessions to strengthen our services.

The primary clientele served includes individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, socio-economic barriers, trauma-related stressors, and immediate community needs. We focus on providing culturally competent care to empower all clients, particularly marginalized and underserved populations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to deliver therapeutic services legally and ethically.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care principles, alongside a solid understanding of advocacy, social justice, and community dynamics, is critical.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with strong organizational abilities will enhance client interactions and service outcomes.

• Prior experience working within a nonprofit organization or similar community-focused environment is highly valued.
• Exposure to grant writing, program development, and community outreach initiatives would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
