Job description

The MRF is the largest independent national 501c3 non-profit organization devoted to melanoma. Our mission is to eradicate melanoma by accelerating medical RESEARCH while EDUCATING to and ADVOCATING for the melanoma community.

We are looking for energetic and passionate volunteers for our 2026 Miles for Melanoma 5K in San Diego on Saturday, October 17th at De Anza Cove Park to assist with check-in, distribute t-shirts, and staff tents throughout the morning. Volunteers would be needed around 6:30am-11:00am and would have the opportunity to participate in the 5K if they would like. All volunteers receive our UPF50+ race shirt.
