Located onsite within a hospital facility, our MedSpa offers a collaborative and patient-centered work environment. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Diode Lasers for hair removal, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) devices, and tools for PRP, Micro-needling, and Chemical Peels. The atmosphere promotes growth and learning, with an emphasis on achieving excellent patient outcomes.

• Administer high-quality neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction during procedures.
• Conduct detailed skincare consultations, effectively recommending appropriate retail products and MedSpa services based on individual patient needs.
• Utilize laser therapies for effective treatment, staying current with the latest techniques and technology in dermatology.
• Manage patient care through meticulous charting and documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate records.
• Implement rigorous follow-up protocols to retain patients and enhance their overall experience, thus contributing to higher patient satisfaction rates.
• Foster a safe and clean working environment by adhering to strict infection control policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on the latest legislative changes within the healthcare sector to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer discussions, and professional publications to expand your knowledge in the aesthetic field.

Our patient clientele predominantly includes individuals seeking effective solutions for dermatological concerns, especially acne treatment. As a Dermatology PA, you will work with a diverse demographic that values personalized care. Your role will have a direct impact on enhancing patient confidence and satisfaction through both direct treatments and comprehensive care strategies.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• An active Physician Assistant license in good standing, with preference given to those holding certification as a Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C.
• Possesses a professional, warm, and confident bedside manner that fosters strong patient relationships.

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant in a MedSpa or related setting, with specific expertise in aesthetic procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is desirable.
