Now hiring restaurant Shift Leaders who may perform duties such as helping to successfully oversee staff, scheduling, training when needed, inventory with the overall mission that, now more than ever, all health and sanitization quality standards are met. We promote from within and these positions lead to shift lead, general management, and area supervisor.
Qualifications
- No experience required, but previous restaurant experience is a plus
- Must work well with staff and help create a fun working environment
- Strong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaints
- Willingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arises
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Be outgoing and enthusiastically explain our menus and specials
- Willingness to jump into different tasks and assist co-workers when required
- Able to uphold high standards with a positive can-do attitude
