Senior MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Analyst
Location: REMOTE
Contract to hire

SUMMARY:

  • Hands-on revenue cycle technology consultant responsible for delivering MEDITECH implementation and optimization workstreams across the full revenue cycle. This role designs, configures, and operationalizes front-end through back-end solutions, supports go-live success, and drives measurable revenue cycle performance improvement for healthcare organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead MEDITECH revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions.
  • Design, test, and deploy MEDITECH applications and reports.
  • Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Expertise across middle and /or back-end revenue cycle functions.
  • Hands-on configuration experience (Resolute HB, Revenue Guardian, MEDITECH Expanse/Dream).
  • Experience supporting full implementations or large-scale optimizations.
  • Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences.
